However, they cannot show the whole picture.Exercise testing, and its associated variables, can provide useful prognostic information in diseases including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease (ILD), cystic fibrosis (CF), primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) and chronic heart failure (CHF).
