He had been previously diagnosed with left-frontal oligodendroglioma during a work-up following a new-onset seizure 4 months earlier. After successful tumour resection and adjuvant radiotherapy, the patient totally recovered without any residual paresis. He was maintained on valproic acid and dexamethasone at a dose that was tapered down to 2 mg·day-1. ER -
