AB In all cases of ILD in patients with UC, drug-induced pneumonitis should be excluded. In patients who receive both anti-TNF-α and mesalazine and develop drug-induced pneumonitis, it is quite difficult to differentiate which is the actual causing agent. https://bit.ly/3AnNJNN
